There are huge benefits in group work.  These can be summarized by three main points.

Thus, in order to implement such a (this type of)study method, it should be considered that significant benefits can be offered to the group members.

The second benefit is practising everyone’s responsibility. If there are three or four people in the group the members/participants may/might not be able to contribute equally.  Students in the group should follow the leader’s direction.

Team work is mostly positive.  This is because the team members can share the ideas with other partners.  Also they can recognize a new idea and learn how the others process information.

Nowadays, there are many methods of teaching that promote/encourage/support students working together.  This argues that group work can create more accurate learning process.

However, working in a group (in groups) at university not only has advantages but also disadvantages occur with students.

As a result, group work might cause problems.  Although, it has a several benefits such as learning new moduls, encourage and working togethe in the futur with difference people.

Similarly working in groups may have some problems, which could be very common.

During some activities students have a limited time.  So, time management is important. Also perhaps two or three students want to be the leader, but only one leader is more effective. 

So not always group working is good.  But sometimes need to do to bring in to study in a team.

In practice, some problems might appear during this approach, especially with irresponsible students who you can not depend on. So dealing with different kind of characters may decrease the quality of the final work.  

The first problem may be if the group could not know how to  communicate with different kinds of personalities.

It seems there could be many advantages of group work.  It could be argued that group work may be is more useful than individual work at universities.
