New experiences when travelling allows people to open
their minds. This is because people have the opportunity
to know other cultures. This can develop
a different way of thinking and vision. Also
learning new customs in another culture means people can compare their culture
with the new culture. For example some Chinese
people question why countries use a knife and fork when they are not used to
this habit. It is interesting that when travellers are in a new place they tend
to relax. So relaxing could be the best
way to question anything new. Therefore
comparison and questioning can lead to thinking in a different perspective.
